Submitting an inquiry via this website is non-binding and free of charge. No contractual relationship is established through an inquiry alone.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A binding booking only occurs after individual agreement and explicit confirmation. Until such confirmation, all journey proposals remain subject to change.

4. Role and Responsibility

NK Desert Journeys is responsible for the planning, coordination, and client communication prior to the journey. On-site execution is carried out in cooperation with experienced local partners.

5. Changes and Availability

All proposed journeys are subject to availability, weather conditions, and local circumstances. Adjustments may be necessary to ensure safety and quality.

6. Liability

NK Desert Journeys is not liable for unforeseen events, changes due to local conditions, or force majeure. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence within the scope permitted by law.
